Sergey Vasiliev, Ph.D., member of LES Russia took part as a co-speaker of the panel “Swift and Merciless: Preliminary Injunctions in Patent Disputes” at the LESI Pan-European Conference, organized by LES Hungary.

The Conference program covered important issues of IP, such as: the role of patent pools in standardization, IP management in company groups, trade secrets and know-how licensing, IP tools to tackle global challenges, university technology transfer, AI and data economy, IP enforcement questions including ADR, and the latest developments in the European copyright arena.
