LES Russia organized a round table "Practical Aspects of Intellectual Property in the Connection with the New Legislation of the Russian Federation " moderated by N.N. Karpova, Vice-President of LES Russia, Ph.D., Head of the Department of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

Nikolay Bogdanov spoke about the development of intellectual property legislation in 2023, Sergey Medvedev briefed the participants about the development of Russian relations in franchising on the example of the UAE, Nikolay Ptitsyn presented a report "Licensing and Franchising as Tools for Commercialization of Means of Individualization". Eduard Shablin spoke about new approaches in assessing unity of invention and their impact on patent strategy.
